Coating Powder

This coating powder is developed to simplify coating solution preparation to coat various fruits and vegetables to preserve their freshness. It is proven an effective solution to preserve bananas, avocado and cucumbers.

Similar to our biopac flexible packaging, this coating is made from seaweed, biodegradable, compostable and safe for the environment.

Instruction for use: Mix the coating powder with water in your food blender at ratio 1:10 w/v (medium speed, 3 minutes), pour into bucket / pail, add more water, so that the final ratio of coating to water is 1:50 w/v. Deep your fruit for seconds and remove.
